Dominique Falla

Dominique Falla is an Australian graphic designer and artist. She works in a variety of mediums and specializes in making “tactile typography” pieces. She has wound string around nails, constructed chalk art, sprinkled flour on a cutting block, and utilized buttons, beads, pasta, and paper. You think of it, she’s probably made something gorgeous out of it. I think I’ve finally decided what I’m going to do to get started in some art, and she’s given me the idea: I’m going to pick a bunch of different, simple-to-supply mediums, pick one subject, and do one project in each medium. I have decided my subject is to be: Kid President. But more on that later: please enjoy copious shots of Dominique’s fantastic artwork!
